Does your price include the delivery, installation and dismantling?
Yes our price includes this.

Our venue has stairs/parking/unloading and other issues. Is this a problem?
Our price is always based on performing in a ground floor function room with easy access if this is not the case other charges will prevail

When do we have to pay a deposit?
With the booking either by cheque or card.(Should you need more time please discuss this will us first as we maybe able to help)

Will you except a booking without a deposit?
Sorry we have been let down in the past so no deposit no booking.

I wish to pay by card is there a charge?
Unfortunately yes there is a charge of £1.90 .

How do I pay the balance?
On the night in cash or by bank transfer

Due to unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel is there a problem?
No however unfortunately when you agree to book us and sign the contract we guarantee not to give that date to anyone else it is a legally binding agreement between us so the deposit is forfeited and maybe the whole amount if within 30 days of the function.

Our venue needs to see your P.A.T testing sheets and your PLI details?
Not a problem just let us know and we will send copies on to them.

Will you play our playlist?
Yes of cause but don’t let it be too comprehensive we know through experience what people like after all that why your employing us.

Can we see your playlist?
Sorry but we don’t have one. Different people like different songs we don’t operate a one size fits all policy so we play a varied list of songs and try and suit everyone from the youngest to the oldest.

When’s the best time to do a speech or to present a cake/gift/etc?
Straight after the buffet, get it all done and let the party commence delaying it just delays the evening.
